Cody Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cody. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return any product purchased from Cody  within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Software subscriptions must not have been activated or registered.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@codyworldwide.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation and the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us at the following address:

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as downloadable software or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Restocking Fees:

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
